Mr. Cyril Yu currently serves on the IUSD Governing Board and was on the Board when ICIA was granted its initial charter (and subsequent charter amendment). He will join us to discuss some of the major differences between ICIA as a public charter school and IUSD district schools, and what those differences mean for our families.
