Parent Webinar #3: Inside the ICIA Classroom: How ICIA Teaches & How Students Learn

ICIA PTO wants to help parents better understand how our children learn at school, the benefits of Mandarin immersion, and the instructional approaches that support their growth.

Vice Principal Ms. Lin, along with TOSAs Ms. Hsueh and Ms. Chang, will provide insight into ICIA’s Mandarin immersion program, including:
- Current research on the benefits of dual language education
- ICIA’s program design and instructional model
- Thematic units and curriculum structure
- Assessment and student progress monitoring
- The pathway to the State Seal of Biliteracy

Families will gain a clearer understanding of what their children experience in the classroom and how ICIA supports students in developing bilingualism, biliteracy, academic achievement, and cross-cultural competency from TK through middle school.
